1 Hour One-on-One Inclusivity Coaching
This comprehensive training program, spanning three hours of group training and one hour of individual coaching, focuses on developing inclusive leadership skills. In today's diverse and rapidly evolving workplaces, inclusive leadership is essential for fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.
The training begins with an introduction to the importance of inclusive leadership and the benefits it brings to high-performance organizations. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion, exploring different types of diversity and how implicit biases can impact inclusivity. Research-based evidence on the benefits of diversity and inclusion will also be presented.
Building inclusive workplaces is a key focus of the training. Participants will learn strategies for developing an inclusive culture, overcoming common barriers to inclusion, and promoting inclusivity through effective communication and collaboration. The importance of emotional intelligence in inclusive leadership will also be emphasized, along with strategies for leading with empathy and cultural awareness.
The training will culminate in participants creating a personal action plan for promoting inclusivity in their workplaces. Through self-reflection and goal-setting, participants will identify areas for growth, develop measurable goals, and establish accountability and support systems to track their progress as inclusive leaders.
In addition to the group training, participants will receive one hour of individual coaching focused on inclusivity. This one-on-one coaching session provides a personalized opportunity for participants to address specific challenges, deepen their understanding of inclusivity, and receive guidance tailored to their unique leadership journeys.
By the end of the training and coaching program, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to embrace inclusive leadership practices, create a more inclusive workplace culture, and effectively navigate the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their professional roles.
